Our prices are on a full board basis which means food and non-alcoholic drinks are included. The house is fully serviced by our housekeeping team and waiters.
Kobe House is rented for single group usage. This means that in principle the house is booked on an exclusive basis. On an exceptional basis, our manager Sammy may open up the house veranda for other guests during special celebrations, such as our Maasai cultural festivity evening or events such as Christmas.

Yes, our entire property is guarded and monitored by our security team. Our security personnel (askari’s) are always available for a friendly conversation and they will escort you to/from your vehicle and accommodation.

We are easy to reach by both air and road. Domestic flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport take about forty five minutes to the nearby airstrips in the Mara. Travelling by road takes around five to six hours depending on the route and road conditions. You can find us clearly marked on Google Maps for effortless navigation.
